I'm a Principal Product Designer and Creative Director at Xbox/Microsoft, currently reimagining Search across today's and next-generation Xbox platforms and leading design architecture for Discovery and Personalization. Previously, I built and led the Xbox AI design team, working across chat, voice, multimodal interfaces, and 0→1 product design.

My work spans search and discovery, AI product design, gaming, conversational UX, human-AI interaction, and design systems. I partner across product, engineering, research, and leadership to turn complex systems and emerging AI capabilities into experiences players can actually use and trust.

Before Microsoft, I worked across UX, visual design, brand, and apparel, and built businesses of my own, founding Kalacreative and co-founding Jeepney, a clothing brand that achieved international distribution and was later acquired.

When I'm not designing or obsessing over something creative, I'm usually spending time with my wife, Kelly, our twin daughters, Kaia and Kolbi, yes, we're all K's, our French bulldogs, binge-watching Netflix, or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
