Expanding Xbox beyond gaming
Xbox Mastercard brought the Xbox ecosystem into an entirely new category: a rewards program that connects everyday spending to gaming, entertainment, and player benefits.
As Creative Director for the sign-up and application flows from Xbox to Barclays Mastercard, I shaped the vision, customer experience, and design direction — making sure it felt unmistakably Xbox while meeting the real demands of financial services.

Real-time service health on the console — players can see whether Xbox Live is up, know when an outage is affecting them, and report problems without leaving the dashboard.
In-depth help articles
Long-form troubleshooting delivered directly on-console, using an integrated focus-jump and scroll pattern so players can move fluidly between on-screen controls and article content with a gamepad.
My team and I were awarded a patent for this focus-jump-and-scroll interaction pattern for game consoles.
